EMERGENCY INFORMATION
Twin Cities Veterinary Clinic offers emergency services, both daytime and afterhours, for our clients. Afterhours emergency services are shared with Soldotna Animal Hospital on a rotation schedule basis. Whether you call us or Soldotna Animal Hospital, you will be redirected to the necessary contact to reach the on-call veterinarian.
For pet emergencies during our regular business hours, you may call our front desk and speak with a receptionist for information about same-day, urgent, or emergency walk-in appointments. These appointments are limited upon schedule and staff availability and we recommend that you call ahead before arrival. If we are unable to provide services at the time, we can instruct you to other local veterinary clinics that may be able to assist. For emergencies outside of business hours, our clients can call either Twin Cities Vet or Soldotna Animal Hospital. The prompts will offer options to press to be redirected to a professional veterinary nurse triage team who can get you in contact with our on-call veterinarian.

HAS YOUR PET BEEN POISONED OR CONSUMED A POTENTIALLY HARMFUL SUBSTANCE?
If your pet has possibly ingested something toxic or harmful, you may also contact the Pet Poison Control hotline. They will be able to triage the ingested substance and provide immediate advice that may save your pets life (prior to calling the emergency veterinarian). Please have all packaging and information about your pet and the substance they consumed when you call.
